Electronic Interlocking Static Dynamic Pass Box With UV Sterilize Lamp
The pass box is a device to keep the two areas at different grade from cross contaminants from one space to another during product or tool transfer. This is a safe and effective solution since they can keep the materials from contamination within a controlled environment. It can also be used to protect the materials from external contamination.
Main Features
Small sized high static Turbo blower can generate the high speed air so as to eliminate the chance of contamination in the Clean Room.
It is able to add inter-com, pressure differential gauge, PAO port, and germicidal lamp.
The construction material can be SUS or SGLC materials.
It is time saving and enables the convenient cargo transfer.
All the sizes can be customized.
There Three Types Pass Box:
Static Pass Boxes
These type of boxes are used to transfer material between 2 clean environments with little or no human intervention.
This box contains an electromagnetic interlock between the 2 doors and from a visual control point of view, an LED light suggests when any door is open.
Pass box Features:
Mechanical interlock is reliable, maintenance-free, fail safe and maintains cleanroom integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.

The main body of the pass box is constructed of industrial-grade electrogalvanized steel.
The pass box base surface is constructed of stainless steel, making the work zone easy to clean.

Dynamic pass boxes
This type of box is used to pass material from a non-controlled environment to a controlled environment.
Two interlocking doors on both sizes protect the controlled environment when any transfer takes place.
Depending on the application, dynamic pass box designs can be single door or double door (as shown to the right).

High-efficiency HEPA FILTER H14 fluid seal, easy to remove and change from below – RSC (room side change)
Stainless steel perforated grille on the support surface, easily removed for cleaning;
No. 2 UV/C type germicide lamps inserted in the top section of the Pass-Box;
Centrifugal backward curved radial fan with directly coupled inverter motor: power supply 230V, 50/60 Hz
LED indicator for checking and managing the cleaning status of the H14 absolute filter

Operation and control
When there’s no cargo transferring, in order to keep the space clean, the shower pass box would maintain the minimum showering.
With electro-interlocking system, it can prevent the door from opening so as to avoid the contamination during showering.
The showering time can be adjusted from 0~60 sec with the adjustable timer.
When the power is shut down, the electro-interlocking system will be released.
When one side of the door is opened, the buzzer and indicate light other side will be activated.
High speed showering will be activated after the cargo is sent into the shower pass box with door closed.
The sunk-in switch with transparent protective cover can prevent the switch from damaged.
